Liberty Hill Fair and Rodeo!

 
10×10 = $150 total (Thursday-Saturday)
10×20 = $250 total (Thursday-Saturday)
 
Instructions/Rules:
  • Fee amount includes entry for 2 people, per day, Thursday-Saturday. All additional helpers must pay the rodeo admittance price.
  • Spaces will be filled on a first come, first serve basis.
  • You may leave your secured goods and your booth overnight, for the duration of the rodeo.
  • Vendor takes full responsibility for any damages or incidents that occur at his/her booth.
  • We have a full concession stand at the rodeo. We do not allow food vendors.
  • There can be only one vendor per home-based company brand (such as LipSense, LuLaRoe, Premiere Jewelry, etc.).
  • Wi-fi is available, but service cannot be guaranteed.
  • We do not provide electricity. You are welcome to bring a generator if it is quiet and does not disturb other vendors or spectators.

Your emailed receipt will come from ShareFaith Giving.  Your credit card/bank statement will show that you made a payment to Williamson County Cowboy Church – we are the site host for the rodeo.
